Just received my Paxton 2200sl for my 17’ gt. It came with the 3.8 pulley. How small of a pulley can I comfortably run with pump 93 and just a bap? I've been looking at pullying down to a 3.6 or maybe a 3.33 but not to sure and haven't been able to find too much info.

And is it worth it to get a full fuel system with just pump gas or will a bap suffice?

Also ballpark how much will I put down with the 3.8 and 93 w/ a bap?

Thanks guys.

Go with a 3.6" with the BAP. The return style system will be required if you want to swap to E85. Power is dependent on multiple factors.... headers or not...what was included with the kit... elevation (unless corrected on dyno). You'll be happy with the 3.6... send it!

3.6, 3.33 is def too much pulley for pump gas.

on a 15-17 in general you'll put down 625/650 on the dyno with a 3.6 and 6-625 on a 3.8

I run a 3.6 with no issues. Highly recommend recording logs the first few tanks and finding a gas station with good, consistent 93 (or best you can find near you). Can always run Torco or Boostane to be safe but you will run through plugs quicker than normal for peace of mind the octane is where it needs to be.
