Update: I checked the vaccum lines and I could not find anything that was cracked/unclamped. Everything seems OK but still having issues.
I watched my BOV and it opens only if I give it a hard rev to the upper rpms.
If I slowly climb to around 5k ish I can hear the flutter and the actual BOV is NOT moving.
I'm going to take the car back to the shop and have them look at it

If you go to :43.. Thats EXACTLY how my car sounds when I let off the gas.
And I have the BV57 BOV.
