Passenger Seat Creaking when Occupied

When there is someone in the passenger seat of my 2022 Ecoboost it seriously creaks when accelerating or decelerating. When I push on it I can replicate the noise. I've taken it to my dealer twice and the second time they put the TSB 22-2104 to it, but it has not resolved it.

Have you checked to see if all of the seat bolts are tight?
