Part identification

Hi, does anyone happen to know what part this is? located on the diff bushing passenger side. Maybe a damper? Also, only the passenger side bushing has it, not the driver side.

Side note. I wonder how much, if any, difference it would make with one of those on there after installing a differential bushing kit. Or if it’ll even fit on there with one of those kits

Yes,
Vibration Damper for driveline vibration.
I have been experimenting with these, as I am running two of them. attached to the top rear diff bolts
