Help identifying a part.

Hi. I apologize if this is the wrong subforum for this but I need help. A piece of my undercarriage is hanging down and I can't for the life of me find the part # anywhere online. I'm hoping one of you guys will be able to give some insight. Included is a picture with the 2 plastic parts circled. Thanks guys

I have no idea what that is beyond the fact that it's not there on 15-17s. Are they plastic? Might be part of the PP1 aero.
