Just getting my tunes from Palm Beach Dyno up and running. I’ll start sharing some experiences.
2018 PP1 A10
H Pipe and drop in filter
SCT BDX Tuner
93 Flex and E85

PBD has been very good to work with so far and Rob is very responsive over email.

Base PBD tune: 93 tune shifted very hard in all modes except normal. Tires were breaking lose under half throttle over 4500rpm between shifts.
Revision from Rob put me back to almost stock shift firmness
93 tune was spot on and noticeably faster than stock. I went roll racing at the track and raced cars that previously beat me so I can confidently say it is better than stock. I’d say go for 93 tune if you were on the fence about modest power increases.

Today I ran my 93 to 4 miles to empty and put 3/4 tank of E85 tested at 90% ethanol. Changed the tune at the station with the SCT/BDX started it up and it settled into a smooth idle almost immediately. You would not know there was anything done different if you didn’t see me change the tune.
Drove for about 30 minutes. Initial
Impressions were that the E85 tune was not as chippy as the 93 tune. Didn’t seem to crackle and pop on down shifts as much so I’m curious if that was normal. The E85 felt smoother than the 93 which surprised me.

This weekend I’ll take it the track and run the stock tune, 93 and flex. Have to run the E85 tune later. I’ll follow up with times.

So far so good.

I've noticed with E85 that the exhaust does not crackle and pop as much and it is also quieter. I chalk it up to there being 30% more fuel being used and absorbing more of the sound. Could be wrong but there is definitely a sound difference between 93 and E85.

Cold starts are definitely quieter running e which is just an added plus for those with louder setups.

Op, keep in mind straight e v flex will have similar peak numbers and power but dedicated e tune will add timing much quicker than flex.
