P21D3 comes and goes

Just got car back, did a couple pulls from 3rd to 4th, tuner says all looks great. I shut the car off, and next start I get a CEL, torque shows P21D3. I clear it, comes back, then clear again stays gone. On start it idles rough, car shakes some, then goes smooth. When I reset the codes, car runs rough, then once complete goes smooth. It now comes back every start, with the same symptoms; rough idle, throws the code, then goes smooth, I reset it, rough, then clears and is smooth. Quick Google says injector 5. I happen to be at the shop I got the work done when it first happened, we pushed on the injector connectors, nothing seemed loose. Tech recommends replacing the connector (id1050x came with spares); engine is cooling will do that soon. Any other thoughts?
