You also have to look at the shift points. I am shifting at 7950 so it will be different. If you look closely I am going out the back in 3rd. The 3-4 shifts happens as I lift after the stripe.

I was shifting at 7800 on my run. The firm shifts should pick up .2-.1

as a reference this is how my shifts sound. these almost sound like the trans is not properly engaging causing that loooooooooooooong shift. the older 2015 6R80 tunes used to sound like this when they first got into the 2015 PCM to my knowledge.

I would take a close look at what the trans is doing on the shifts and you can probably find a crumb trail
