On my way home, the CEL came on along with a wrench symbol then the throttle just cut off. So I let the car roll to the side and turned it off and cranked it up which had a long crank with a bit of shaking. Drove it more and did the same thing over and over again until I got home. Deleted the code and it the wrench symbol came back. Anyone know what the issue is?

P2112 says its "Throttle Actuator control system stuck closed." So does that mean its my throttle body acting up?

Sure sounds like it. Better have the dealer check it out ASAP.

Mine did this today to me in traffic. Took me a couple of times to restart and then it drove flawlessly as usual on the remainder of the trip home. Never had this happen before, hope it never happens again!

Had the same thing happen in my 07 GT. Didn't happen again for 6 months. Then happened about 3 months after that. Then started happening daily. By daily, I mean for the 3 days till I got it in the shop. Throttle body was bad and they replaced it. When I brought it in, before I could even finish telling them what the problem is, the service guy said, "Yep, no worries. We know what it is". Never had the issue again. I know, older model and all, but sounds suspiciously familiar to my experience. Hope it never comes back for you!
