Any idea what could be causing this? Happened about a month after the fuel system install, but I'm positive they didn't remove anything that had to do with the evap, and just spoke to them and they said the only thing they removed was the stock fuel rails and that was it. Sorry for the sideways pic... it is loading up that way.

There is a TSB for reprogramming computer to fix this...it is a fuel related solenoid error. Possibly a false error because they only change computer software.

I did see that.... how does this work if I have a aftermarket tune on the car?

Well it's been 3 months and it came back... I'm thinking about taking it in to the dealer, but the only issue I have is that the car is tuned and the car won't run with the stock tune due to ID1000's and Supercharger. So if I flash back to stock and then let them reflash the pcm to the current version, and then flash my custom tune will the car even run right?

No it won't. You would need info on the new Ford tune for your tuner so they can make the change in your custom tune. It will be a different strategy tune.

Jeff, it depends on if the changed parameter Ford is making is in the tune you have. There's a good chance it will work the way you described it because the change Ford makes may not be impacted by your aftermarket tune. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try. Worst case you end up re-inserting the same problem when you re-install your tune. Then you would need to go to your tuner for help.

Drive your car there, uninstall the tune and then don't start the car until you have re-installed the tune. Have the tech perform the TSB work then re-install your tune. You'll just have to be real clear with the dealer.

I get this error occasionally. I have it again after several years. Last time the Ford dealer declined to perform the TSB. This time I think I’ll force the issue.
