*** update ***

So I wanted to post this here in case anyone else searches for this and/or has this problem. After loading the procharger tune (not that I think it has anything to do with procharger, just a custom tune in general) the car was throwing the crank relearn code. I couldn't get it to clear, ford dealer couldn't either. So I purchased an X4 programmer, so I could clear code myself. Here is what I had to end up doing.... reinstalled factory injectors, removed supercharger belt, pulled maf from intercooler and reinstalled factory intake tube, and reloaded factory tune. Started the car, let it warm and then followed the crank relearn instructions in the X4. revved to 4100k, one time and it cleared!

So now I have to put everything back, reload the tune and see what happens.

Original post...

Did my opg, cs, etc,.etc. started car which had lund tune via ngauge. Ran fine no problems. Drove it a couple days, no CEL! Installed procharger, loaded tune from their ngauge, car started right up. CEL on. P0315. No biggie, friend has snap on solus pro, which does crank relearn. Can't get it to clear, so I'm like f'it. Drove to ford dealer after work today. Tech cannot get it to clear with IDS tool either. $90 down drain. Now what????

1. Unhook battery for a while?
2. Disconnect procharger, throw factory injectors in and start on factory tune and try to clear?
3. Don't worry about it and drive it like I stole it?

I've already loaded and unload tune, started it on factory tune even with procharger and tried.(but wasn't running very good) Nothing. Wth? Car runs strong. Numbers look good. A couple degrees positive knock at times, but I'm guessing shitty winter gas.

Calling out OKC #1 spot after axle back install.
Did you clear the codes before the crank relearn?

Yeah, I cleared everything I could. I used a snap on solus pro and cleared kam, codes, reloaded factory tune. Etc. If the ford dealer can't clear? Wth. He said code is set in non-volitile ram, i.think, he wasn't sure why it wasn't clearing either. I have no clue.

If it keeps coming back it could be the crank position sensor is actually bad or there is an issue with the wiring going to it.
I agree, but I never touched it, and I only unplugged the harness from the spark plugs/
fuel injectors and moved them to the side. Car has 3800 miles. Worked fine before I loaded tune again. Also had battery unhooked.

did you try to have Lund remake another tune to try? if it's not the tune it could be a faulty crank position sensor like other say. do you have an Sct or some device that you can do a crank relearn at home?

The lund tune worked fine when it was loaded. Its only after I had the battery disconnected, installed the procharger and then loaded the procharger tune did I start having trouble. I'm going to buy an sct x4, just so I can try and clear it myself at home. two ngauges and an sct... :headbonk:

Sounds to me like you answered your own question there.
Procharger tune is probably bad. Get Lund to make a new one and try it.
Other possibility is that you damaged a wire during the install of your procharger.
