It'll be the same feature as the 15-17 cars had that installed any level of the Ford Power Packs.
I was unsure at first when I installed my PP2 but noticed it was decently smooth and a bit faster when performing a no lift shift.
Like stated above, it uses the clutch switch which will...
I think your best bet will be to find contact some of the larger auto wreckers around to see what they have in stock.
LMR also has a set of ford racing leather recaro's for the 15-17 which are reasonably priced considering the airbag is in them. I know they aren't eh factory ones but they are an...
LMR never posted a graph showing a proper overlay between stock and PP3. If you look at the one they post the crossover between hp/tq is not at 5252rpm so it is not properly aligned to compare. They did post a proper one for the PP2 though which showed the gain in HP and torque at all RPM's
It's just valve seals. I've done more work on low hour CAT engines with no problems afterwards.
It's just a repair of seals. I wouldn't be too concerned about it
All this talk about rev hang and pinging makes me wonder why I have no issues with any of it.
I drove mine cold the other day and the "rev hang" was there slightly until it reached normal operating temp where the throttle body would close almost immediately with the release of the pedal.
As for...
Got mine installed today. Did it myself and the install was pretty straight forward. Stubby snap on flexhead fine tooth 3/8 ratchet with a 10mm deep socket worked perfectly!

I didn't really notice any rev hang issues. Leaving my house in residential it would hold rpm slightly when it...
If you would have read the entire thing the OP says he grabbed 2nd gear instead of 4th and spun a rod bearing. No tune on it and it was a 3.7 V6.
Wasn't a failure due to a tune
I just ordered my PP2 from Levittown. Added an FRPP oil separator in there as well as it seems some of you guys are having better results with that installed.
Now when 2nd winter goes away I'll get it installed and tested.

Thanks for the link. I think Levittown still has them beat with the exchange rate and shipping factored in. Once I see PP3 results I'll decide what I'm ordering.
I just spoke with my dealer regarding the PP2. Looks like I'll be ordering mine through Levittown Ford.
My dealer here in Canada wants $1450CDN for it!!
Even with shipping and our very poor exchange rate I will still be saving over $400. No wonder we don't buy anything local around here...
I would get the newest model year of Mustang there is. My insurance will pay for new car replacement up to 5 years into owning the vehicle in the event of a total loss.
I might opt for the performance pack and pay the difference if I did get a new one though.
