Yeah good luck, I bought my own alloys ! (to replace the ones a pothole got it's grubby edges at!) If he hadn't have kerbed them, and they were gloss black, I probably could have been talked into it ;)!

Yeah, but since they won't replicate the factory finish I'd need to get them all done at the same time. Which is never likely to need doing.

There a place down in porchester than seem to have a good reputation on piston heads. No reason why they cannot get you back to factory

Badhand did the same to TSWs Nurburgring which have similar edge details and they looked perfect when they came back

Looks like my running-in procedure was spot-on as this is the still nice n' golden colour of my oil roughly 7K miles after it was last changed:




Added the Martini Racing vinyls to the spoiler a week or so ago:

Does look good. I'm hoping to make GT101.

BTW I've had loads of Fords and none used a drop of oil and most kept it pretty clean (except diesels!)

This is my first petrol, non-work car in +17yrs so my frame of reference is somewhat limited!

Last petrol Ford I had was a MK2 RS2000 from '77.
