Owners Kit

Hi all!

Unfortunately, my Mach 1 was missing the owners kit when I bought it. Had the dealer reach out to the original owner and they said he couldn't find it anymore. He had the car for just 6 months and 2k miles so I don't really buy it. May have sold it himself.

Do we have thread here where one could put out a search note for their owner's kit? The GT350 crowd has that in the stickies.

If not, anybody willing to sell me theirs?

I hate you couldn't get it from the previous owner. I would say to keep checking Ebay, sometimes you can find one for a good deal.

Yeah, it stings a little. You get a somewhat numbered car and seems like the previous owner didn't care. Who knows.
2 currently on ebay ($225 and $250) and both incomplete.

If I was to get one, it would be the one without the tow hook. The factory one is a joke IMO. The aftermarket tow hooks are nice and have multiple functions. Good luck with youre search Bro!

Best of luck chasing one down. I had the same issue, but not only the owners kit, but the car itself. The previous owner did some stuff to my car I can't wrap my head around. I have done a lot of work to get the car back to where it was on day one, and now am actually lighter than OEM. I bought the car knowing there would be work, but had the previous owner not done what he did, it would have been worth more.

Some folks don't really have the same appreciation for these cars others do, or they don't buy the car to do what it was designed and built for.

Long story but I ended up purchasing two Mach 1's and eventually selling one back to dealer. So I have an extra owners kit headed my way if you are interested in purchasing. Just let me know.

Thank and agree. Was already thinking about getting one from ZL1 Addons. Still would like to have a "complete" owners kit though. However, not paying $200 for one without the tow hook.

The Mach 1 supplement was missing from the supplied owner's manuals for mine...appears to have been a Ford mixup vs dealer. I went through Helm's for another. I didnt have any issue with the supplied owner's kit though.

The number on your car, and the number on the kit will not match…. And the ZL1 tow hooks are great!

For the people who bought a M1 new when do the kits usually come? It’s been about 2 months now and haven’t heard anything.

I did just get my Track Attack letter this past week however.
