They certainly don't function aero wise, and only dress up the appearance.

I will be designing some splitter extension/winglets when the weather warms up. They will be functional (at least in a minor way) and hopefully will work with a few different splitters.

I realize it's subjective...but I personally like the AirDesign "curtains" better. For me they solve one of the aesthetic issues I have with the 2018+ front end.

I did look at the Air curtains, as well. I like them but I have the fog light/turn signal covers (my car below), and the curtains will not work together with them.

Two questions:

When do expect these to be made?

Where did you get the third brake light "poor man's McLaren" made?

Thanks

Not until spring, it's too cold to want to do this stuff right now. I also want to design some radiator gap-stop pieces to prevent air leakage at a couple spots.

I designed and cut the vinyl piece to make Poor Man's McLaren. I think it took me 4 attempts to fine-tune the font style/size/stretch so that just enough outline would be left to reach the edges of the brake light and yet not be so fragile as to break while installing it. Then it tended to pucker and make creases during install. Plus it was difficult to reach across the back window and manipulate it into place since the light is somewhat below the level of the glass. It was a real pain, I gotta tell ya.
