It appears at some point something severe happened under the car that looks like my front bumper moved.

It is possible this happened when I was cruising on the highway and drover over a fist size rolling rock and I heard some loud bang.

I say my bumper moved because notice on the photos how big the bumper to fender gap is as well the belly pan is ripped, I kinda fixed the belly pan by plugging in new plastic screws on the side for now, but something definitely ripped it out and also there is a big hole.

What options do I have to fix the position of my bumper?

That hole in your fender liners is due to your tires rubbing them. You probably upgraded to a wider tire or increased the aspect ratio and they deteriorate your fender liner due to contact while turning. That downward force pulled your bumper out of position.

I run 305's in the front and I just cut away the fender liner. No big deal.

Just try to reset your bumper by loosening the fasteners, resetting and tightening everything down again.

Good luck OP:like:

Only 1 side has the fender wear? I see you have bumper removal quick latches, does that installation kinda move the bumper away from being flush vs the actual sandwich screw plate that is tighter?

Yes, only one side has the hole fender wear.

I havent changed my tires and haven’t done any work in the front in a few years.

The quick latch , that was installed a few years ago when the bumper tabs broke.

Till recently there was no gap between the bumper and the fender, I am wondering what happened that now the bumper is misaligned.

Oh bumper woes… 😟, I am wondering if I should just get a new bumper, this bumper has taken a lot of beating over the years
