I saw [MENTION=10045]Brian@Vossen[/MENTION] has a set of roush headers. I think they'd go nice with my MRT h-pipe and roush ab setup. I'm wondering if it'd be a direct fit and also they are 1 3/4. What's the difference between 1 3/4 and 1 7/8? Also what's the difference between hi flow cats, catted headers, green cats, etc. I'm worried about passing emissions here in TX.

Would anyone go with BBK headers? Price point is so low. Just wondering about quality and performance.

I ran BBK headers on my 03 GT back in the day. However, I'm a huge fan of the stainless power 1 7/8 headers for their price point. I'm going to be doing a set on my friend and customers car this Saturday. They're going to be paired with some Corsa Xtremes.

Anyone have issues with 02s being ready after header install and tune. I need everything ready and no codes being thrown to pass inspection. I plan on catted sp headers
