So who else is having a humming noise after Opg? Its barely there, but I can hear it when driving without music on
I installed the MMR OPG and crank gear myself on my new motor. The only noise I hear is a ticking (sounds like an exhaust leak) on the driver side for the first 10-15 seconds on cold start and 5 seconds on a warm startup. Otherwise my motor sound smooth. Not sure what you have going.

I have a distinct whining noise after my OPG/CG install that was done by a shop. I used TSS OPG and MMR CG. I even tore the car back apart after getting it back to make sure that everything looked right and everything looked perfect. Put it all back together and the whine is still there. Car runs like a raped ape and oil pressure is great. I just rolled with it and that was 5 months ago and the car is still running great. I think the noise is coming from the MMR CG and TSS now makes a CG for our cars so this winter I may swap mine out.

Here is a video of mine running and idling right after the swap.

I have found my ticking sound after doing my MMR OPG, CRANK GEAR instal. It was the exhaust flange ball on the drivers side. I just had had to unbolt the connection on both ends and then slide the socket and ball closer together and retighten.

For your whine sound I would not suspect the MMR crank gear cuasing it. It may be a pulley. Try taking your belt off and running to rule that out.

Already been all around this thing. That was the first thing I did was remove the belt to make sure that wasn't the cause. I also sent off the TSS OPG to TSS to have them test it and they said everything checked out great with it. Based on some things I have heard from many reputable shops MMR does not have the best track record and that is why I suspect the CG. It was literally not there before the OPG/CG. Had the OPG/CG installed and as soon as I started the car I could hear it so it literally happened at th same time as the OPG/CG so I am sure it is related. I believe that others have it too but don't realize it because they did the supercharger at the same time as the OPG/CG so they either don't hear it over the whine of the blower or they do hear it but they think it is the whine of the blower. I did my OPG/CG first a few weeks before I put the Whipple on so I know it was nothing related to the whipple. I should also say I am very sensitive to noises and sounds in my car so it probably wouldn't bother most or they wouldn't even hear it. I have had several other car guys listen to the car and sit in it and they say they hear nothing when the car is running but I know it sounds different than it did. I am wondering if this is the same sound the OP has.

Anything is possible guess with having a bad part. curious what the issue or complaint with MMR parts was? I have literally heard the opposite. A friend of mine on here, his mechanic at TASCA Ford said MMR is the only stuff he recommends when it comes to OPG and crank gear.

It sounds like a high pitched sound. Have you ever install a sound system and the amplifier makes a noise thru the speakers that go up with the revs of the engine and you have to install a filter to get rid of it? Its kinda like that but not that noticeable though. Im gona try to get a video of it and post it.

I had nothing else installed but I turned around the supercharger belt

I put in a Boundary OPG and MMR crank gear. When the whipple install is complete I will check to see if I have any unusual noise and post back here.

So what's my best bet calling ProCharger and getting a new crank Bolt
No, you do not. I just got off the phone with procharger because I also have a stage 2 kit and will be doing opg's soon. They confirmed that the bolt included with the kit is not a tty and can be reused.

It probably is, I cant get it to be noticeable on the video, exhaust and road noise just make it vanish and somone driving with me doesn't hear but I know its there but doesn't bother me, mmr says it cant be the gears so has to be something else then.

Im glad you got your noise figured out, its always a relief to know its not something else
