I just need to know how that you drive your gt350 like you're 16.
When I was 17 I had a new 1966 GTO convertible. (Not the tri power) I broke everything in that car in 6 months. Blew the clutch, a hole in side of transmission, over rev’d it burnt valves, 3 sets of rear tires down to the core. Had no fear drove like an idiot. I have to admit Today I don’t beat on my cars. What I like doing now, especially in the Shelby is increasing my speed in exit ramps, rotaries etc. No more power shifting (foot to the floor without letting off when shifting) no more figure 8’s smoking the tires, no more 6 grand rev’s and popping the clutch. Way to expense. Don’t need to drag race to prove my car is faster, that has the same prestige as saying I can fart louder than someone else! Ya old age changes a few things. My cars are what keep me going. I enjoy them in a different way now that I’m older than dirt!

I'm 96. Whoops.....I only have a GT. Read that wrong....I'm losing my reading comprehension skills now. I knew it would happen........
You’re actually 96? Holy smokes. My grandpa is 96 and barely works email. Good for you my man.

Some of your age verifications come in what appears to be technical issues with replying 😄

I'll admit I'm getting pretty old at 37. I just don't want to figure out how replies and quoting works sometimes 😬

Noticed someone 73 years old chiming in on the thread on the sofa seats versus Recaros - which tops my 67 years. Curious who the oldest GT350 owner on here is. :hail:
I'm 73 as well. Probably not the oldest here...
My son has a GT350R and we've been to the track together with the 'R's several times.

I find it difficult to keep up with him!
Ah, the joys and bravery of youth.
:sunglasses:

FWIW,
Kirby

Not the oldest, I’m 59. I’ll be doing my 4th track day this year in a couple of weeks. Hope I can still hit the track for another 10 years.

I bought mine last year from a 74 year old - so posting on his behalf before he sold to me (42) :)

@oldgrinder is still a kid… wait until you’re my age young man… when I was born, they were using Preparation “B”.
