I have the Ford Performance catch can and it does indeed work well. Not easy to empty it but it has a larger capacity, looks OEM, and was designed by the Coyote engineers. Summitt price was good also.

I think oil in the intake may also reduce the effective octane of the fuel if some oil vapor goes in so I do think having one is worthwhile. Not much oil collects in my 18 gt which is just tuned - maybe 1 oz per 4k miles. My pullied 09 cts-v that had 90k miles on it would get like 12 oz of oil in 5k miles with a moroso can.

I would say its definitely worthwhile for everyone, and I would consider it necessary to have a can if boosted.

I presume then on the Australian model the catch can would go on the Drivers side since we sit on the other side of the car :p

I have the Ford Performance model, and it is good. I just use a syringe like bjstang, except mine is from a food cooking kit. Just something I had extra. I epoxied a rubber tube to it, and it works. I check it once every four to eight weeks. I get about an ounce each time. I do not drive high mileage but mostly city, so I think it is how i drive that contributes to the collection. I have a manual, and I downshift to decel often. Maybe decel sucks more up, but I'm glad to have it installed. It is easy to maintain, and I'm glad it isn't burning through the engine. If I had to buy another one... I would.

Can anyone confirm if the Mishimoto catch can fits a MY18/19? I believe it does as it's listed as 2015+, but figured it couldn't hurt to check if anyone has actually done it (I have a 2016 with one, looking to move parts to a MY18/19)
