Are you guys seeing high oil pressure on a cold start? Like 80+ psi?

What about idle once warm?

Yes, high oil PSI at cold start is completely normal.

Oil PSI will also vary and can be higher or lower depending on:
1) geographic location (colder or all seasonal climate changes vs. neutral/warmer)
2) drivetrain gearing and engine RPM due to transmission and rear diff type
3) oil viscosity

Iā€™m in NJ, an ā€˜all seasonā€™ state; If I start up in the morning now with current temps in the 60ā€™s and do normal acceleration, Iā€™m seeing 100psi...

As the oil gets warmer, oil PSI upon acceleration is normally 80 PSI, while normal idle when hot (normal oil temp) is about 20-25PSI, and cruising between 60-65 mph is normally at 40-45PSI in 10th gear.
