Sorry if this info is already available, but I didn't really find it through a search.

Being new to Mustangs, and not sure if the GT350 is different from other S550s. Anyone have a DIY on changing the oil? I know it's generally a pretty straight forward process. But figured I'd ask just to be sure. Haven't been down underneath the car, wasn't sure if there were any skid plates or coverings that needs to be removed.

Thanks in advance.

There's an access panel for the oil filter. Other than that I don't think there's any other suprises?

How about the Oil Cooler? Do we drain that too?

I'd hope not, if engineered wisely, the drain port should be the low point with zero dead legs, just might want to give it a few extra minutes to drain.

Make sure its good and hot, takes a while to all drain out. Good luck loosening the oil filter through the little door if yours was tightened by a gorilla like mine was!

One of those ccw wrenchs with 3 pawls works with 3/8 drive works well on that.
