Only if you have the PP gauges. (Which I dont.) I just used the PP gauge cable they provided, and pinned it into the connector for the Sub put on pins 53 and 54, and it works!
You lost me on the connector pins lol. I just finished the tweaks. Let me know if you're ready to test them.

Here's a list of the tweak I've made for the build.prop (It will affect the stock Kernel). Later one when I'll receive the unit I'll look into overclocking the CPU/GPU.

Fast Reboot
Faster boot commented due to crashing
Touch Responsiveness
Scrolling Responsiveness
WiFi Scan
Wireless Tweaks
Apps loading faster and free more ram
Smoother process
Disable hardware overlays and use GPU for screen compositing
Disable Sending Usage Data
Increase Quality Of Media Streaming
Video Acceleration
HW debugging
Increase Performance
Measure rendering time in adb shell dumpsys gfxinfo (not really a need...)
NetSpeed Tweaks

I took the yellow and black wire from this set:

and I pulled the yellow and black Male Pins from the 4 pin side, and inserted them into pin slots 53 (yellow) and 54 (blacl) on this adapter.

That ties CAN+ and CAN- to the head unit.

Got a picture of how the harness looks like now with those 2 pins by any chance?:D

Unfortunately, no, I didn't actually expect it to work. I think this makes the tachometer work too, but that's on the old launcher.

If the Tach works with this setup then I can rebuilt the Launcher again with whatever pics we want. Nice discovery man!

I'll have to revert back to the old launcher to test. Gonna try your build prop tweak first.

On the edge of my seat waiting to see how this goes...lol
Trying to get in the recovery mode. His unit didn't like it and it's in boot loop.

PS: This is why most of the time I like to have the unit to mess around with my own stuff and don't want someone else unit out. I don't feel comfortable when I know some tweaks messed up. I appreciate everybody's help but sometimes it's risky challenge to do. Those Chinese headunit have Frankenstein OS. Technically the Android system doesn't really need a build.prop to boot but for some reason after the tweaks his unit got stuck on boot logo. We just need to figure out a way to get his unit to boot on the recovery menu. (hard to do when there's no power button).

Only if you have the PP gauges. (Which I dont.) I just used the PP gauge cable they provided, and pinned it into the connector for the Sub put on pins 53 and 54, and it works!
I've got the base, but I had previously installed a PP dash and wired up the connector to get the gauges to work (minus the oil pressure which never really will) then went back to the stock dash since the air vents don't properly line up and the lack of oil pressure was bugging me.

But long story short, I still have the PP gauge connector plug behind the dash. So there's a place for that to plug into this unit as well for it to pull more data??

Also how does my unit say it was in HK on the 26th, and it'll be delivered to be by the 28th?? That's awesome, but sounds unlikely lol

In regards to shipping times, according to the DHL shipper's tracking, the Seicane horizontal 10.2-inch Android unit I ordered departed Hong Kong on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 1:29 AM. A "Customs status update" showed it at Los Angeles Gateway, CA - USA at 16:11 (4:11 PM) on Friday Feb. 17. It turns out Hong Kong is 16 hours ahead time wise compared to Pacific time in L.A. It was 9:29 AM in L.A. on Friday Feb. 17 when it departed Hong Kong. So, in reality your unit might have left Hong Kong on the 25th USA time.

Mine is in Columbus at the delivery facility. I called DHL to waive my signature, and they said I would receive it today!

So since I have the PP gauges, I can just plug this in directly? I'm a bit confused on this.

I just called about mine, and they are telling me that it is still in transit on the way to the US, with a scheduled delivery date of Tuesday the 28th. Don't know how yours' got here before mine did, but now we are gonna half to delay our install party! :D
