Well, this is turning out to be a real pain. I got the unit and I could hear a screw flopping around inside the display unit. Had to take it apart and found it went to securing the display in the frame. I put the put the screw back in. I hooked up everything and my screen just won't turn on. All the hvac controls work, all the toggle switches work, and the car even starts, but the screen won't turn on whatsoever. Did anyone have that issue? I triple checked all my connections and I can't find a thing wrong with how I hooked it up. I'm just hoping that loose screw didn't damage anything in shipment.

Something similar happened to me with the Tomtop unit. Turns out the screw was too much in. I tightened it too much

The only issue I had with the display was when I didn't have the cable pushed in all the way on both ends.

Got my friend translated it for me. First one is Backup viewing power source, 2nd pic is "Side view power source", 3rd same as first one, Last one is "Front view power source".

You disconnected the huge 54 pin connector? I still have mine on

The connector under the drivers side of the sync module...yes. There is a connector with two RCA (red/white) cables attached to it that connects to that connector.

Yeah, I had a weird nonresponsive gray screen on mine, and had to go back and double check mine. I think I was just too excited when I installed it.

Same here lol finally got everything up and running, no hazard light issue now. Thanks to everyone, definitely looking forward to the updates. Now I'll start downloading apps for it
