So just a sanity check, thwse will be my first set of aftermarket wheels ever. Do you torque the spline nuts up to the same torque as standard? I'm imagining so? Thanks.
I would torque mine to 70lbs when i first got wheels. Now i just let the ugga dugga machine take care of it.
Never trust Ford’s torque specs, here is my recommendation from another thread :If it helps others I also reached out to RTR who very promptly replied. They recommend Ford factory torque.![]()
Six and a half Ugga Dugga’s with red loctite for me, works a treat and I’ve never had a loose wheel nut …
For the open lug nut gang, I would still recommend six and a half Ugga Dugga’s, but skip the red loctite and go with touch of stick weld on the back of the nut …

I think a 15mm should work.Anybody know what spacer setup I would need to bring the RTR Tech 7 front wheel more in line with the rear wheel setup in relation to the fender? The front wheel seems to be tucked in about .5 to .75 inches further than the rear. Squared setup 19X9.5 with 33 offset.
Thanks for the info! Those numbers I shot out are just a guess from eyeballing it. Wasn't sure if there was a direct way to measure it or someone had already figured it out.I think a 15mm should work.
If by your comments, you’re looking for 1/2” that would be 12.7mm
Keep in mind there is 25.4mm in an inch. I would also go for extended lugs if you look at pushing for the 3/4” spacer
There’s a fitment thread on here and there are also fitment calculators online that are of immense help. Thanks for the info! Those numbers I shot out are just a guess from eyeballing it. Wasn't sure if there was a direct way to measure it or someone had already figured it out.
Thanks! I'll buy a few and see what works best! There’s a fitment thread on here and there are also fitment calculators online that are of immense help.
I don’t have experience with anything less than 10” wide wheels but a 10-15 mil spacer should be fine, their cheap and there’s no risk of running out of threads.
