Any ideas how the 255 Pirelli's would be on these? My Pirelli's are looking a lot better than I thought they would at 10,000 miles. Are these wheels currently on backorder?
I'm doing 255 squared on 19x9.5 until I run my stock tires bald and upgrade to 275 squared so I'll post up when I get them mounted on the car.

The +33 offset Is more then enough for me so my spacers are coming off as well, hopefully to also reduce the road rash on this thin water based paint!

They are on back order, I ordered two weeks ago but going to call up AM In the morning and see the latest Info on shipment/ETA etc etc.

Wondering if anyone else has this problem with there Tech 7s..? Ever since I put then on, I hear what sounds like metal on metal scraping slightly if I take tight left turns at a moderate speed. I was thinking it could be one of 3 things:

Brake is dragging? I figure I would hear this more often than just left turns..

Wheel center cap is rubbing on the hub inside? I don't recall, but I thought there was plenty of clearance when I put them on...

Wheel is rubbing the strut?

I haven't had a chance to really check it out yet, but my springs are getting installed on Monday so hopefully I can investigate further. Just wondering if anyone else has the same issue?

a lot times ford puts a metal washer on the lug to hold the rotor on during the build. Did you take that off?

could even be a dust shield just a hair too close to a rotor... might have bumped it manhandling the wheels on there.

Screwdgie - It's the first I've heard of fitment problems pop up but the dust shield is the first thing that comes to mind.

Keep us in the loop!

Also check your wheel torque after checking the dust shield. Floating rotors can make some weird noises if not torqued down properly.

Yea didn't think about the dust shield, I'll have to check that out. I know the lugs are torqued properly, checked them after the first test drive then again a few days later.

The mention of the washer over a lug is new to me, I didn't notice anything like that when I swapped the wheels

Hmm, I set my mind for a set of sve drift first then sve gt350 and when I see this I think I found the right one. As my baby is being produced in the plant now, anyone have suggestion about waiting for 20s or order a set of 19s now?
