Shorts and a T-shirt.... Bring a change of clothes because you will sweat alot.

Shoes that assist in heel/toe exercises are a good idea.
If you have a GT500... You will NOT be doing the heel/toe exersise.

Reply or PM if you want additional info..

Great info...thanks...I've got a GT350. It'll be my 1st time learning heel/toe. Should be interesting!

Heel/towing is NOT hard to do, but the exersise they have you do does NOT help in learning how to do this in the morning session.
I struggled with the morning session heel/toe training, but nailed the track time heel/toe in the afternoon on the track....... If interested, PM me and we can discuss.

Thank you. Totally different than my 350, but I love driving it as well.

I've got the email from Amie regarding "Complete Vehicle Damage Policy & Indemnity Agreement". What is the recommendations about pay $225 to take it or OPT out?

I have decided to opt out. After watching and reading about others experiences, the follow the leader style seems to lend itself to very low risk. However, I have some experience on a track. If I was a first timer, I might consider it more.

I like to disassemble things.
Pay it and drive the car like you stole it. I got lucky and our GT500 Track Attack attendance was fairly low. There was one other driver and the instructor in my group. The instructor saw we could keep up and follow the line so he turned up the wick. After the initial session things got very fast. The GT500 allows power oversteer on corner exit which was a heck of a lot of fun. I might have been a bit more cautious if it was my own car.:)

The drag portion of our day got a little hairy at times due to the track not being used much. About halfway down the track things got a little squirrelly and just about everybody had a clenching moment there. Having the insurance, just in case, made it easier to keep your foot in it and to "power through" it.

Good advice, the GT350 class does not have the drag race portion unfortunately.

I wasn't too excited about the drag portion. I was wrong. It was a total blast. Too bad you guys don't get to do it.

My new 2019 GT350R showed up today! Do I need an invite “code” of any sort to attend or can I just call and give them my VIN to sign up for an available class?

Jill asks you a couple questions: VIN and dealership purchased from are needed.

Still patiently waiting for Aug 3rd to 5th. Sucks, reading the dinner is cancelled. Haven't really gotten much information, but I'm still over a month out.

I fly out on the 30th. The dinner for the 1st of July was cancelled, so Ill have a free day. Anyone whose already attended have any suggestions for places to check out on my free day there? I cant wait for the 2nd and the 3rd. Bought mine on July 5th, 2019. Special order delivered to Sanderson Ford in Glendale AZ at MSRP. Just rolled over 12100 miles. She's my keeper until I cant drive anymore......
