I've got the Foundry 18 x 8 inch rims on my 2015 EB Premium. If I were to upgrade to 19" or 20" rims, how much (if any) would the Outside Diameter of the tires be for each different rim? Thanks in advance.

Depends on the tire sizes you are looking at.

indeed, it depends on the aspect ratio of the installed tire combination.

there are online calculators to show the changes and affects pn speeds in gears, odo etc.

All of the various Mustang factory tire sizes are within a few tenths of an inch of 27" OD. This simplifies life greatly for Ford, and is a fact you should keep in mind as you select new tires. If you target a 27" OD, your computer will not be confused, it's less likely your new setup will hit things underneath and your speedometer will continue to work about the same. All these issues can be addressed if you must change diameters, but it's sure a lot easier to not have to mess with them.
