is it possible to buy the 10” wide performance pack wheels for the rears and move the factory 9.5” wheels to the front?

You mean like the PP2 wheels? PP1 wheels don't come in 10".

The 9.5 rear PP1 wheels won't fit on the front w/o a small +5mm spacer. With the spacer they will fit and people do run 9.5" PP1 wheels on all 4 corners this way.

I’m talking about moving the factory rears up front and then buying 10” wide look a likes from AM or something.

Gotcha. Yeah, you could easily go that route with a +5mm spacer up front. Just get a hubcentric 5mm spacer for our bolt pattern and hub ring size off ebay.

Personally, for only 0.5" wheel difference, I'd get a set of square 9.5" wheels so you can rotate your wheels and extend your tire life. That way when your tire are dead and need replacement you can do all 4 at the same time, instead of always replacing tires 2 at a time and having new tires at the front or the back (and the quirky handling that comes from that).

So a follow up on that what’s the largest square setup?

Largest square set as in widest? You can run 11" all around on these cars. But if you're referring to the PP wheels, running those 19x9.5" all around with a 275/35-19 is the most ideal fitment. You could do 285/35-19 but not really a point on a 9.5" wide wheel.

19x10" with a 285 tire is about the widest you can run square (same wheels/tires) ... without spacers. ET35 or ET40 offsets work. That's the wheel/tire in my sig (Project6gr 19x10" with 285/35R19 MP4S tires).

You can run as wide as 19x11 if you run wheel with different offsets front/back (no spacers, but you can't rotate the wheels front<->back) or if you are willing to upgrade your front hubs with extended wheel studs you can do a square wheel/tire with a ~25mm slip on spacer on those front extended studs. You'd need a 19x11" ET50 or ET52 wheel with wide 285-305 tires.

For reference, the Ford '19 PP2 runs a 10.5" front and 11" rear wheel staggered setup which would bolt onto a 15-19 car. Personally I don't see any reason to go wider than a 19x10" unless you're racing (drag racing with a 11" wide rear, or road racing with a square 11' setup).

I would like to run 305s or 295s all around with a 1 inch drop from Steeda springs. I know I would need new wheels then.

You could squeeze some 295s on a 10" wheel, but would most likely need to run a small spacer up front. Our 19x10" ET40 usually requires an 8mm spacer for most 295s. I would personally do 305s all around on an 11", such as our 19x11" ET52 and run extended wheel studs with spacers up front so you could rotate your tires and prolong life. You would need a 25mm spacer for your suspension setup.
