I have the UPR duel valve catch can
Check the hose that runs from the valve cover to the intake tube. A lot of times this hose is not secured properly and leaks, tripping the code. I know I had difficulty getting it to secure properly when installing my UPR DVCC. I've had the CC installed for about 6k miles and have never had a code.

Do you have the clean side can as well or just the dual valve? Mine seemed to come on right after I installed the clean side.

I just have the dirty side. If you're getting a code after installing the clean side then the CC is tripping the sensor that's on the clean side hose. I would contact UPR if you don't feel comfortable tuning the code out, not sure what other options you have.

No I just have the duel valve catch can. I had the shop check it out last week and they found a valve that upr put in backwards but they fixed that.

I believe he was asking me that.

Check the hose I referenced in my response and report back. Pull on the hose and make sure it doesn't come off, it should be clicked in place.

Well I got a P051D code today which is crank case over pressure. I am going to remove the clean side catch can tomorrow. Just not worth the hassle of getting codes especially in the 300 miles I drove this week didn't even leave a coating in the can.

Are the check valves installed in the right direction on everything?

There are no check valves, just a can inline with the clean side line.

Why, there is no check valve in the line from the valve cover to the intake tube stock, can't see why adding one would be required when splicing in a catch can. In fact depending on which direction you have it you will prevent make up air back into the engine when the PCV valve is open or prevent pressure from getting out of the crank case under boost when the PCV is closed.

Well the clean side catch can is out and the line is back to stock. Have put on about 250 miles and no codes. I am going to stick with just the dirty side catch can until some one figures out how to by pass the sensor.
