We had an artic cold front move thru last week which dropped temperatures down in the single digits and at or below zero at night. I went and started the car and let idle up to operating temp and noticed that both O2 sensor were not reading. Tried shutting the car off then restarting and same. Sometimes they would read 0.00 others 2.00 on the nGauge. I do have longtubes, and I am wondering if the condensation in the pipes froze and messed up the sensors? Kind of odd for both to go out at once.

Anyone else experience something similar?

The sensors do need to be warmed up to function properly, so the cold ambient air along with their further placement in the pipe could have definitely contributed to their lackluster performance.

How long did it take for them to finally start registering data?

Did you have a check engine light? Any particular reason you were watching the O2 sensors?
No CEL on dash, but I pulled the codes and got P2251/P2254 for both banks. O2 sensor codes since not getting a reading. I have AFR as one of the monitors on nGauge so it was pretty obvious. When I noticed that it wasn't reading I added the other bank and realized neither O2 sensor was showing a reading.

They never did read. I started the car about 2 weeks ago when it was down in the teens F. O2 sensors worked fine and registered like normal, within a few seconds of running. I let the car idle for about 30 minutes or so at operating temperature, then shut it off. Everything was fine. Week later is when this happened with the O2 sensors. I am hoping it is just something with the extender harness, but my gut tells me both O2's took a crap.
