Finally delivered to dealer! WOW. The GT is home. Awesome auto. Unfortunately I had unexpected eye-popping surgery the week it came. Open bypass surgery. Stress test and you aren't going anywhere. I was going to breakfast at McDonalds after but that didn't happen. Lucky to be alive. Wife is Gaga about the car and drives it. I am very grateful that today they can catch you before anything else happens. Anyways I can sit in it or ride around with my wife watching her have a ball. LOL. Hope everyone has a great 4th.

Wouldn't being a passenger with your wife driving a 450 hp car be worse for your ticker? I'm glad you got your car and are on the road to recovery. Hopefully you're back in the drivers seat soon!

I don't think getting your heart rate up too high is advisable right now, such as enjoying some sweeping curves at a "fun" rate of acceleration causes. Hang in there, heal up and enjoy!

I had open heart surgery to repair a valve last year, so I can relate. First couple of weeks are tough, but you start get stronger fast after that.
