Slammed on the gas I might've seen 1 lb. Of boost. Car drives like the blower isn't on. Feels like an all motor car. Vortech V7JT setup what could it be?

If the car is driving normally, meaning your vacuum reading is normal and the car feels and drives normal out of boost, my first hunch would be an issue with the bypass valve. If the car's vacuum reading is lower than normal and it doesn't feel and drive well out of boost double check all your charge pipe connections.

A vacuum leak would cause the valve to flutter and to stay closed at idle.. Does your valve make a fluttering sound or just a "whoosh" of air?

Right by the passenger light. Do I have to take the bumper off to get to it?

My next suggestion was going to be to check all your piping. Do you have some T clamps? Whenever you get a chance I would swap out the clamps.

Open the hood and see if you can reach straight down and get it worked back on. If not, you probably will have to take the bumper off. I don't think you can reach it from the tire well, although maybe you could reach it from the bottom if you take the splash guard off. It wouldn't be a bad idea to use some hairspray on the edge of the piping to help it cling a little bit.

You don't need to take your bumper off, I took off and put my BOV on from the wheel well. If its the elbow you might need to take your bumper off
