Tighten the belt some more today and did another pull and it's roughly the same. Do anyone else's logs look like this for boost? Seems all over the place ( Pink is boost)

This is how the belt was after about a turn and a half of tightening. I couldn’t tighten it anymore because I was running out of light but it’s not maxed out either. It sure looks like it needs a few more cranks to tighten it more?

Hey man when tightening the procharger belt you aligh the lines on the tensioner, thats it.You do not do it by feel.If you tighten it up to much you take z chance of doing some major damage. When using a map sensor to log boost almost all the ones i have seen all really all over the place.

Thanks for the info about the graph. Yeah the video was just showing the play on the belt. I tightened it and didn’t notice a difference.

I've been checking everywhere- Does anyone know the stock size for an 18' crank dampener diameter? I believe it's different from the 15-17's

this is with the standard 4.88 pulley Procharger D1x on a Gen2 motor. Over 13lbs of boost & i've since removed the restriction of cats, so its about 12lbs now. I make twice the boost you do with a bigger pulley, I'd say something is wrong with your set up..

What Pulley do you have on right now? Also, from your sig, you have a Stage 2 D1X, I have a HO tuner stage 1 kit with a P1. How are you reading boost? Mechincal gauge?

P1sc wont respond to boost like the bigger blowers, OP. I think 7.6 at 7200 is fine. I think you'll see 9 by 7600.
Yeah, I've taken it to 7500 or so and that is where I saw 7.6. I'm going to step down to a 3.85 with hopes to see 9-10 @ 7500. I should have the pulley on next weekend and I'll report back with new results. Thanks for the help all

if you have got the money you could step up to the p1x blower, it can make alot more power with the pulleys your mentioning.

That thought has always been on my mind and I'm kicking myself for not doing it upfront. My plan with the car was to make as close to 700 as possible. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get there with a 3.85. Any ideas what I should make at 9-10 lbs? I'm assuming high 600's? I'll end up throwing it on the dyno after this pulley.

I believe the crank diameter is the same. Only the stage 2 pulley is different. Maybe @ProChargerTECH can confirm.

Probably low-mid 600s at 10psi. I made 650ish at 12. You can make 700's with a P1SC but you'll need more boost. The HO will most likely hold you back as you wont be able to max out the blower without belt slip.

See diablomatt's thread here, page 5 he squeezed 773whp out of a P1SC. Stage 2 with about 14-15psi on 93+meth.

Installed the 3.85" pulley last night but it was raining and didn't get a chance to do any logs. Will log it today and see how much PSI I see then dyno afterward.
