I read that same article last night, in fact the ânewsâ is all over the web about the issues. Iâve also seen some articles stating the customer who ordered 2020 Explorers and Aviators in June still havenât received their vehicles.
Flat Rock has serious QC issues, which has been blatantly obvious since the inception of the S550 and hasnât improved nearly 5yrs later.
Maybe Bill Ford needs to level Plant Mgrs, see what the hell is going on with the assembly line issues and WHY products are making it off the line AND OUT THE DOOR with such bad QC issues.

Ugghh. That really sucks. It costs a lot more to fix problems after the fact rather than during development. And sometimes you have to apply band aids rather than an ideal fix.
