Sounds like a very light tic tic tic tic from and only from right back side [ had to guess would be exhaust ] happens at low rpm at low speed or higher speed but just cruising. Not always there, comes and goes. As per prior thread I swapped out aftermarket cold air put stock on for a week and it's still there. Used STP. Almost sounds like a small something or piece of something might be loose so the vibration is causing it randomly. No lights on dash. Next step is taking it to Ford, its more irritating than anything. Just would like some opinions to make sure it isn't the start of something bad. 28,052 miles on gt/cs 2016 bought with 27,718. 5.0 engine

Does it sound like this? No one's given me any ideas and I haven't had time to take it to ford only happens when idle comes down from about 2-3k and hangs in 3rd gear coasting

Oil is good level, noise is coming from the middle of the car but I couldn't see anything loose under it

If its at the 2k part throttle mark, its the cam phasers making the normal coyote noise they've made since 2011.
