All kidding aside, Id actually prefer a M1 to a GT350. Would have maybe kept the Bullitt if the trans ratios were better, & its lack of shifting prowess didn't exist in the MT82D4.
That trans belongs in anything but a stang.

We put the 5.0 Kyote mill to the test in our loaded Litt,
& blew it up w/under 1k miles on it.

James help us sort out the new long block, after dealership install, cuz they/them who installed the warranty eng missed an important detail that I couldn't get them to rectify. So James (the 'Litt tuner ) gave us some tips & then we got a colleague of ours at a diff dealer to do some things afterwards to get it to run right. Which it then did run decent. I much prefer the 'Litt mill to the reg 5.0.

The Mock was very fortunate to get that Bullitt mill, & not the 180° crankshaft.

Now the 350 guys will cancel us like a Fbi watch listed Tweeter post. 🙄 🙈

Finally saw my first Mach in the wild this evening. Debadged on the sides, badge was still on the taillight panel and the stripes were still on. Oxford White, beautiful car. Sounded really good too, definitely has a different tone that the GT. Not sure if the owner is on here or not but I did give a thumbs up out the window. So contrary to the name of this thread, I LOVE the Mach 1 😎

Yes and no, I am not getting a GT350, but to me, Mach 1 is a parts bin car.
You're not wrong. Aside from the exterior bits, I don't think a single physical part is bespoke for the Mach 1. That said, you wouldn't be able to exactly replicate the setup due to bespoke MagneRide and ESC tuning.

Either way, I can definitely see why people don't find value in the Mach 1. I'm glad that is the case since I was able to pick mine up under MSRP at the end of February. I did consider a used GT350 but low mileage '19s are still pulling $70k+.

Anyway, I've experienced nothing but positive reception. Might just be my area, or because my M1 has a relatively pedestrian spec but I'm surprised at the response others are getting.

Don't get me wrong, I do think Mach 1 is a good car and I like it. But does it worth the hype like GT350 and GT500 as well as over the sticker price? Absolutely no, and I am glad you got your car under MSRP.
