Did you get the car yet? You have to be very, very adamant that they don't drill the front bumper. Even if they tell you they never drill the Mustangs still tell them.

The prep folks just follow their checklist.

I was luckily and stole the front plate mount out of the trunk before it got prepped so less chance of them screwing up. I was tempted to stand over them but I didn't.

I think I'm going to try this one:

I've used the STO N SHO on other cars...... On lowered cars it can drag and catch on ramps, entrance ways ect. I'm using a ZL1 Addons tow hook that has an optional plate holder that mounts up higher.

Yep, got the car and I was adamant that they NOT install the front plate bracket. I'll take a look at that one.

Got one of these for Christmas. Not yet installed. Very good reviews on E-Bay.

I have one of these on a Demon, it's a nice bracket. Just mount it and leave the bracket. I always remove my tags (2 screws) before going to tracks. Here's mine on the lower right side but it can be shifted around to suit your needs.

I like the placement of craigs bracket much better than the ZL1 or the Sto-n-sho. Not in front of a grill or hanging down low on an already low car.

Only con is the 3M stick on. There's been a few reports of it coming loose after a couple years. Mine seems rock solid.

I'm leaning towards that one as well but the adhesive worries me. For some reason, I don't have good luck with stuff like that on like cell phones or mounts.
I know you can drill into the underneath....wish FoMoCo would have put some hidden threads or something to mount the bracket to.

I like to disassemble things.

The bond will eventually fail. Then you'll be told that it failed because of inadequate prep when it wasn't the case. Keep your eye on it.
