Going to try one more thing. I can see the files on my Mac. I'll post a screenshot if it doesn't work. I'm on Big Sur. Which is different than what Ford shows on their page. I've formatted on the PC and Mac and still no luck.

I'm on my second drive. The other one was 64GB. I am formatting on a Mac so I suspect I will have problems. My file structure also looks different from the Ford help page. https://help.ford.com/update-sync/usb/ but since I can't even get it to recognize the drive I don't think that's it.

I assume Ford doesn't support a flash drive larger than 16GB? I just bought a 32GB and might be SOL.

Apparently if you do the USB update you can do it while you’re driving.

I took it in for service a couple months ago. I’m guessing you have to beg them to do the update?

I haven’t been paying attention but can you update to 3.4 yet and will it work over WiFi? Scan for Updates Now doesn’t do anything. Also the heated steering wheel should have been a button on the wheel.

Happy to be wrong! At $1000 it’s a tough choice.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but I can't get the MyMode thing off the screen. I click and hold to save and it just goes back to the same screen. If you watch the video I just don't understand the menu. Any thoughts?

What was the solution?

Having the same problem. I think it has to do with the Driver Assist (Safe and Smart) options. I thought I had turned them all off but it still won’t show the Track Apps in the My Pony menu.

On my 19 there's no leather on the side of the seat to rub on the console. It's cloth there.

Some cameras will have an onboard battery for those instances.
