I’ve emailed and PM’d this company but have received zero response. Disappointed with product I ordered.

What did you order Brian? Have heard only positive things about 5 Spurs products so far. Not that they’re infallible just surprised to hear of a subpar product from them

Yes. Quite a few months ago there was talk on this forum about them making " enhanced toggles for the S550". When I emailed 5 spurs for some further information (2 or 3 times) I received no reply. Even though I have been a customer of their's for several products in the past I have vowed not to ply them with any more of my cash. It is a very pathetic way to treat potential customers and to run a business.

This is true, but a simple email or phone call to customers is all that’s needed to service them properly. This can even be delegated to a business partner, spouse or friend if the owner is unable to handle it.

Ghosting customers isn’t the way to keep business on the incline, but it’s a sure way to cause it to nosedive.

It’s a very scary position to be in as a customer, who spends their hard earned money on something, only to be at the mercy of the business. One thing is for sure, when it’s time to receive payment, the business is all over that part of the transaction and most usually don’t miss a beat.

In an ideal situation I’d totally agree. Unfortunately, small businesses are just that. Sometimes one or two people small. Anything happens and their world collapses. It happens. I hope whatever caused them to become unresponsive gets resolved, and any non fulfilled orders could easily be resolved with the CC company.
I don’t think anyone with a business gets up in the morning thinking of new ways to piss off their customers.

I would agree and would tend to give 5 Spurs the benefit of the doubt here as it seems like a lot of folks have had a good experience with them in the past. Sometimes $hit happens.

I would also note they’ve recently partnered with Shelby and are selling a start button with one of the Shelby logos on Shelby’s site. I don’t think a small company gets to that point with bad customer service and I don’t think Shelby would’ve collaborated with them without properly vetting them first. So I would lean towards something must’ve happened.

Still sucks for Brian that he can’t get a response, hopefully they respond soon.

Wow. I was just looking at their stuff. Definitely gonna steer clear now that I've seen this. Too bad.

I bought a start button from them and almost a month later it hadn’t arrived. Sent an email and he gave me a refund and then the button shows up. Got lost in the USPS system I guess.

I placed the first order at sometime in December. After I got a refund I ordered a second one. While waiting for it the first one arrived. Kevin at 5 Spurs was quick to respond to my email.
