I drove the 555's on my SN95 year round here in SC. Only noticed a few traction issues on really cold and wet days. I want to give these new ones a shot year round too.

285-35-19 please?! Seems like a no brainer: same diameter as most of the stock 15 tires, would be a great option for staggered fitments. Need4SpeedMotors, work some magic if you can! If they get this size, I'm in immediately with 255-40-19s up front.

I have 295 pirellis on my mustang and they are pretty nice. But I looking for tires on my camaro. I like Mickey Thompsons, but these are fairly affordable. Does anybody have any feedback on the original 555? I assume these new ones will be almost the same as the original ones.

Read page 2, post 35. Granted, I wasn't putting down almost 400 HP to my rear tires either. I was damned lucky if I had 200 HP. I'm still sitting on the fence about trying these new ones out. With my driving habits I might go with the Nitto all season tire, the Motivo.

OK so they aren't really a terrible tire for winter, and I'm assuming in the summer they performed like they were supposed to? But yea we aren't dealing with 200 hp anpymore. Lol. These cars have some serious power. It's hard enough to get traction to the wheels on them, we need all the help we can get with the tires.

I have no worries about them in the summer. It's the cold weather I worry about. We really don't get too cold for too long. Usually a few days in the 20's at night and in the mornings. But after reading of some of the PP tires cracking (non Nitto's of course) I'm gun shy.
If I could afford it, I'd have two sets. All weather and summer!
