I have HRE FF15 20x10f 20x11r wheels siting in my basement waiting for rubber. I've wanted MPSS but they are still backordered. I'm now thinking of going these 555g2

Hmmm, seems like a great alternative for availability and pricing to MPSS... Will wait to see what members say.

Just ordered from Discount Tire Direct. $882.12

285/30r20 front
305/30r20 rear
for my black HRE FF15 set

Guess I'll get to review them for the forum.... once it's warmer in Detroit.
Should be interesting with 20" and 30 series on Michigan roads. :headbang:

Hmm I have Invos coming with my Project6G wheels next month. When those wear out I might give these a try.

Just had the car out for a 15 min drive. It's 46 degrees out here in Detroit today.
I can't even believe how much better the road manners are with this setup over the stock 19" PP P-Zeros. I always felt the car had nervous steering over ever tiny road defect. These 555 gen 2's are Civil! Even though I went from 40series to 30 series the car has a NICER RIDE. I'm very very happy.

Oh, and then there is how they look:

Your car and new wheels and tires look awesome! Do the much wider tires introduce more tramlining? Any balancing or road force issues with those new Nitto tires?

Thanks

I think there might be a little more tramlining but overall it's an improvement in road manners.

I'm not familiar with the term tramlining??
Tramlining is the tendency of a vehicle's wheels to follow the contours in the surface upon which it runs. The term comes from the tendency of a car's wheels to follow the normally recessed rails of street trams, without driver input in the same way that the train does.

It's more prevalent the wider the tire.... and the lower the profile.
