Can’t tell from the video if it only happens on a bad/bumpy street the first thing I would do is put it on a lift and check the front suspension components for loose/damaged parts, then pop the hood and check around the area the battery is mounted and the 3 strut mounting bolts....if neither of those yields results pop the glove box out check things out and drive again to see if you can locate it.

Also check those side skirt retaining pins. Any loose or missing in this area will sound like it's coming from inside the car.

Hmmm... maybe defective/shorted wiring causing relays to go haywire? Have you gone back to the dealer?, should still have some warranty left. Barring that a good scanner (snap-on, etc) may help to pin point the issue.
Another possibility is something fell into the AC/heater box or one of the interior doors broke off and bounces around inside on bumpy roads.

already did, no loose or damage parts, no sideskirt sound, no electric sound, its like a little rock inside of a bucket, only happen when the car on a bad/bumpy street

Yes, I’ve seen it in other cars here at the shop. Looking at my GT, I think most of the dash would have to be removed and possibly the steering dropped to pull the box, idk for sure, I’d google it or perhaps google dash swap.

Yours is quite loud, but mine also had a similar sound that ended up being the side skirt on the passenger side. One of the clips was loose and rattling - as another member mentioned.
