Yup. I don't get all the excitement and chit-chatter about this. I guess it's a young guy thing and gadgets. The one thing that would have been good is if you could have change the colour scheme on the monitor display.

lol I'm not sure what everyone thought AA and CP were, it's the same on every car, there will be variances from manufacturer to manufacturer as far as moving in/out of each, but other than that they are both stripped down for distraction free driving........

Just to be clear this upgrade u all have done is a not an official release from ford correct ?

Asked my local ford service dept this am and they did not even know what car play is. Said my version 1.1 is the most current

correct but one you update it, and log onto ford owner it shows up there

yeah, some guys on the sync3 screen were showing the gracenote version not updating either..not sure why some of you guys are having these things not show up

Same here... Updated on 12/14 and still not showing up on Ford. Com. And the car's update date is today..

my reply is to both, dont get your hopes up you need a modem to get lock/unlock/remote start features.. only thing fordpass allows on GT350 is check fuel level, e-brake status/and tracking odo miles

ok, im wont be back to my car till tuesday at this point but i'll download it and see if it does anything, im a manual, so no remote start is gonna help me anyway, those other features sound completely useless though..lol

Try connecting your car's wifi to your home internet. Then try looking for a software update.
