A new tune update for 2021 Roush Stage 2 SC is coming end of week. FYI.

Any idea what the update includes? My installing ford dealer charges shop time for updates...so just wondering if the update is worth it.

I hear you...but the dealer was clear that they will charge for any future updates. I recently sent a email to Roush awaiting their response.Roush pays the dealer. The dealer should never charge you.
Sad if they are just now getting a new calibration out to fix the misfire issues. I was having these was back in June of 2021 on my 2021. In July I was tired of waiting for a fix and went aftermarket tune and haven’t had an issue since!I wonder if this TSB and the update are one of the same:

Perhaps they are not an actual Roush dealer? To your point they should be aware of this if they are so either they're crooked or way out of the loop?I contacted Roush today as well as the ford dealer and got the two of them talking. Talk about f-up'd ...that the dealer wanted to charge me for updates . Roush advised them of the billing procedure, which I am sure they already knew since they install these things. Roush did confirm there is an update available. Now I am waiting for the dealer to let me know the next available slot to get the car in.
What engagement problems?I wonder when roush will come out with a fix for the 10r80 trans engagement problems. Don’t know how Ford will handle the tsb 21-2357 for update and possible valve body replacement.
There was already a tsb out for the misfire if I remember correctly.
