...since I've posted, the service contract aka extended warranty has been terminated. Unfortunately NOW the car started having an issue.......

Good Christ son, I told you to get the Ford ESP, and NOT to drive around in a car you can barely afford without any warranty coverage.

....just try to get a Ford ESP through Granger. And if you can do that, cancel the $3,600.00 warranty you bought. You MUST have an extended warranty on the car. And get the best one Ford offers....

There's just not much that's correct here.

1. No, most Mustangs are maintained just fine. And they're also not cheap cars.

2. An extended warranty is beyond important, and no one pays $3,600.00 other than a moron. I paid $1,300.00 for my Ford Platinum ESP with $0 deductible.

3. You DO NOT VOID THE WARRANTY when you start modding. Until people get this through their skull, we can't have a rational discussion on many topics here.

There's the Camaro, and the Challenger.

They're basically the same price, and built just as cheaply.

And all three are pretty cheap.

Getting your first car is never easy…wait getting any car is never easy. It’s usually a 4 hour episode of waiting signing waiting then leaving with the best feeling. my first car was a 1967 Dodge Dart, 6 cylinder, 3 on the tree and the paint was terrible but it ran so good. It was my ride. After many cars I have found that if you put the time into them (maintenance, cleaning, etc.) they will take care of you.
Be proud of what you have, learn how to drive it and keep it between the ditches.
