I'm first in line at my dealer @MSRP but if I cant get a TP car, I'm gonna pass until I can...or just buy used a couple years down the road. no worries either way. this isnt a car I really need...besides I'm still eager to hear about the mid engine Corvette details.
I slammed the grabber lime but the more I see it the better it looks.
I may get it, or orange... depends on how I'm feeling that day. it's a toss up

Are those the "Ghost Stripes"???? I assume the "Ebony Stripes" will be closer to actually BLACK and the Ghosts will be closer to Charcoal which is a very dark gray. Would love some input as this week is coming up fast and orders will be getting put in.

Nope, this is a 2016. Ghost stripes weren’t available. These are considered ebony/black, I believe. Here’s a closer shot of them.

Haha, great post. I just got back from a cruise in my 1000hp stick 2014 GT500. Cars not going anywhere, but many guys will get great low mile ‘13-14s soon.
My advice, hold out for a glass roof Recaro car!
I’m also a buyer for a second year next Gen GT500. I guess that’ll make it a 2021

I'm #1 on a list and part of a bid at a another in case of shenanigans. If I have to bid I'm screwed (I have set low limits). Ultimately it will depend on pricing. I will take a hard look at the C8 Corvette as well before making a final decision.

The ebony does not look really like BLACK. It looks more like a dark dark charcoal to me which isn't really black. I want the Black Stripes on my car so thats why Iam very interested in this.

Why is that?
For high performance cars I plan to keep for a while, buying at MSRP or better makes sense than gambling on a used example.
I still would love to see the R with the DCT.
