I would suggest you search the forum first. These things have been discussed many many times since the car came out in 2015 and the Coyote motor has been out since 2011.

Spend at least a couple of weeks researching.

If you plan on staying naturally aspirated and want the max performance from that. Go with a set of long tube headers, cold air induction and flex fuel tune. If you want more then that, then 3.73 gears or lower for torque multiplication or a stall converter will give max acceleration or fun. I am a fan of lowering springs and a nice wheel/tire package to give it a mean stance. If you want to go to 20" setup, then a 1" drop will look sharp. If you are going to stay with a 18" or 19" wheel setup, then a 1.5-2" drop would work.

If your doing your own mods...Jacking rails...hands down.

Secondly would be tighten up the suspension some since it way too soft for the power and weight of the car imho and get better/wider wheels and tires.

Also with it being a 15 and used...fresh quality fluids all around.

First off, if you want to have some fun and release any new potential power and handling improvements from your car, I suggest you move out of California....LOL!!!

All joking aside, Congratulations on your new to you Mustang!!!!

If you "absolutely Love the car" you could also just keep it as it is and maintain it ...savor it as is and bank the $ saved on modding and realize a higher resale number at the end of it's term.
Just a thought

What’s your budget? Are you looking to do performance upgrades or cosmetic first?

If you want it to sound better, start with a resonator delete. You can listen to all kinds of sound clips and determine if you want an X or H pipe to replace the resonator.

For performance, a flex fuel tune is the biggest bang for your buck. In my research, cold air kits are not really worth it. You’re better off throwing in a good air filter and spending the rest of the money elsewhere.

I’d suggest looking around in the different sub-forums and you’ll find all kinds of info from wheels to supercharger and everything in between. I’ve been on here a few months and have learned a ton from reading like crazy and searching specific topics.

I'm looking to do performance first ! Start with an exhaust and tires and trim set up and defintely have been looking through the forums and fund it really helpful ! But for my car I'm looking to do performance then cosmetic work after, from reading the forums most say to start with exhaust, suspension, tune and tires so that'll be my first modifications

I’ll jump in. I chose KRONA exhaust, it’s 3” stainless and sounds great. I’ve had BORLA, FLOWMASTER & CORSA on other vehicles and they all sound great. AWE is one to consider as well. For suspension I went with BMR minimum drop springs with Ford Racing Track shocks & struts, don’t forget the CB 005 Cradle Lockout with STEEDA alignment sleeves/bushings. I’m running KMC 20” wheels with Nitto Invo tire. Honestly it’s all personal preference but there are some mods that work better than others. A tune is a great place to start as well, several good companies as well, I went with LUND Flex Fuel & nGauge. I could go on for hours.

Thank you ! And yeah I was looking at the awe track exhaust and was thinking of either staying at my 20" wheels or go to 19" and I'll defintely look into that setup !!

Another vote for suspension mods first. Gotta get that wheel hop under control before adding power.
