New Mustang Owner - Need Help

I just took delivery of my 2015 Mustang with the Security System and Upgraded Wheel package its a 2015 V6 in Onyx White.


I didn't OPT for the screen head unit OR the leather seats because I didn't find and option and didn't want them any way. I would rather get the Katzskin leather seats instead.


I have a few questions and I was hoping someone could help me. I have never owned a Mustang before and was previously a Mopar guy.



1. When you took delivery of your new vehicle where was the car manual stored? Mine didn't have one in the GloveBox or trunk.

2. The Sync and Sync Apps. - How do they work? I have an iPhone 6 and this morning I got it to play iHeartRadio through the system but I didn't know if it did this wirelessly or because it was plugged in.....

3. Can the SYNC system be installed aftermarket? If I wanted the NAV or if the SYNC3 isn't compatible can I install the head unit after market?

4. I did not get the lit door sills. I found the door sills online for cheap and I wanted to know if they are plug and play. Like PoP off the sill's that are there and then plugin and pop in the new sills.

5. I did not get the lighting package with mine. I found the interior lighting package online. Can the interior ambient lighting package be installed aftermarket?


6. My car came literally with 6 miles in the ODO. I have been driving convervatively and was wondering what and how should I go about breaking in this engine so it lasts a long time?

7. Are the blindspot warning and mirrors with integraded turning signals in them able to be installed aftermarket?

1. There's a hidden compartment in the glove box that comes down from the top (look for the yellow tab with the picture of the book/manual). Look for your manual in there.

Lol,

I took a look in that hidden compartment...which I didn't know existed and found ......NOTHING.... but I called the dealer and with the my docket is the extra key and the manual and case. So.. I'm stopping by there today on the way home to grab that.
