New muffler recommendation

My current exhaust system is a “Franken-exhaust” with Stainless Work long tubes, SW high flow cats to a corsa double x-pipe, and finishing to factory GT350 mufflers. In WOT it’s insanely loud and very trumpet sounding. I am looking to get new mufflers/axle-back to connect up to the corsa x-pipe. I don’t mind how loud it is when the valves are open, but the trumpet sound would be nice to change (if possible). Does anyone have a good recommendation on an axle-back that has (or uses the factory) valves? Looking for a little better sound, maybe a little weight savings and bolt-up compatibility.

I have roughly the same setup, I'm looking to ditch the Corsa double X pipe. H pipe and some resonators are the only thing that will quite it back down and get rid of some of the rasp/trumpet.

I have O/R longs and I had my stock resonator cut off and the jones max flow true dual 3” X resonator welded in…

Quieter than stock almost, car has such clean crisp tone now… ZERO loud ass sounds
The install pic is from another member, I showed it to the shop as a guide

I am of the opinion resonators are mandatory with long tubes and any type of aftermarket cat, regardless of mufflers.

Look at some of the 7" to 10" round resonators from Vibrant, Borla, even Amazon "TotalFlow" (which have much better welds than Borla), etc. They knock off quite a bit of sharpness off the 350 exhaust sound. The Borla 10" sections I'm not sure what diameter inner you would need going from the Double X into the OE rear sections. Here is a pic of some of the iterations I went through with my 350R.

Galaxy is right, too. These cars are very loud even stock and with headers and high flow cats, they are shockingly loud. Resonators would be a must for me.

Get rid of the corsa double x pipe and replace it with a magnaflow 11386 tru-x resonator.
